More info, required waiver of liability, and release
You will be required to sign the Waiver and Release shown below prior to setting up your booth.
Most booths will be outside near the Webster High School Fieldhouse (right off Route 66) in the RedFork area and in the Route 66 Village by the train depot and derrick. The Route 66 PatriotFest Vendor Committee must approve all vendors/food trucks and will make every effort to accommodate returning vendors. This process insures that we limit the number of vendors in the same category, which has proven to be better for the patrons and vendors at the event. We make it a priority to lay out the boutique so that vendors in similar categories are not positioned next to one another.
HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: “The exhibitor/vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Route 66 Main Street, Inc., Route 66 Village and its owners, servants, agents and any employees against all claims or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of the use of space at the festival. The exhibitor/vendor understands that Route 66 Main Street, Inc. & Route 66 Village does not maintain insurance covering the exhibitor/vendors property or lost revenue and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor to obtain such insurance.”
I agree to follow ALL health code regulations. I will provide copies of my Oklahoma Tax ID papers. I realize that if I sell any produce or food I must obtain both a city and state health food permit for this event and will provide a copy of this permit to the organizers prior to the event.
